Please review our standard rental policies carefully before picking up your vehicle:

• Insurance Transfers: Renter’s own insurance transfers must be accompanied by written notice from the insurance provider confirming that coverages are valid and permitted for this rental.

• Collision Damage Waiver (CDW): CDW coverage is optional and available for purchase directly at the rental location.

• Strict No-Smoking Policy: Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited inside all Metrofleet vehicles. Evidence of smoking will result in a $500 cleaning charge.

• Pet Policy: Vehicles must be returned entirely free of pet hair and pet-related odors. Failure to do so will result in a $500 cleaning charge.

• 407-ETR Toll Usage: Use of the 407-ETR toll highway is permitted; however, all incurred toll charges are the sole responsibility of the renter.

• Fuel Policy: The vehicle must be returned with the exact same fuel level as received at pickup, verified against the outgoing vehicle images.

• Parking Violations: The renter is fully responsible for all parking tickets, traffic violations, and penalties incurred during the rental period.

• Overnight & After-Hours Drop-offs: Vehicles returned outside of standard business hours remain the full responsibility of the renter until they are inspected and officially checked in by MCTR on the following business day.

Cancellations can be made via phone or email during our standard operating hours: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Monday to Friday).

• Free Cancellation ($0 Fee): Valid if the reservation is cancelled on the same business day, prior to the rental location’s closing time.

• Late Cancellation Fee ($50): Applies if the reservation is cancelled after the location’s closing time on the working day the booking was made.
